RETURNS ARE A COST BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER. 

RETURNS: YOU HAVE 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVED YOUR ITEM TO RETURN IT FOR A REFUND TO YOUR ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT. 

EXCHANGES: YOU HAVE 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVED YOUR ITEM TO RETURN IT FOR STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY.

MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS (TO THE BELOW RETURN ADDRESS) OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER AND THE TRACKING NUMBER EMAILED TO CUSTOMERSERVICE@RAGA.LA. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ORDER INVOICE AND THE REASON FOR YOUR RETURN. IF MORE THAN 14 DAYS HAVE GONE BY SINCE THE TIME YOU RECEIVED YOUR PURCHASE, UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT ACCEPT YOUR RETURN.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE UNUSED, AND FREE FROM DIRT, DUST OR ANY FRAGRANCES, AND IN THE SAME PLASTIC BAG AND SAME EXACT CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT IN.

SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

IF YOUR RETURN PASSES OUR INSPECTION, YOU MAY RECEIVE AN EXCHANGE, STORE CREDIT, OR A REFUND. PLEASE INCLUDE A NOTE WITH YOUR RETURN STATING YOUR ORDER NUMBER, THE REASON FOR THE RETURN, AND PLEASE LET US KNOW WHAT YOU WOULD LIKE IN RETURN.

We Ship Worldwide 
  • Free domestic shipping on all orders. 
  • Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out the following business day.
  • Discounted merchandise may take an additional 24-48 hours to process. 
  • On all International orders, aside from the shipping cost, upon receiving shipments it is the customer's responsibility to pay the import and customs duties and fees that are incurred as a result of the shipment. If you refuse a shipment from RAGA, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to RAGA. 
  • Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items due to any parcel service fault.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
